Quality test assurance system

Quality is the life of an enterprise.By regarding quality as the first life of enterprise,Qingdong has established a complete quality test assurance system.All our employees have taken product quality as our top priority.Therefore,we have exercised product quality test standard strictly and completely in terms of product design,manufacturing,production,organization and management,purchasing of bought-in components,cold and hot commissioning,after-sales service,feedback of user information and other processes.

1.Three-level management organ:responsibility system of the company’s quality project manager,quality inspection team of factory,workshop’s quality inspector;

The quality inspection personnel shall independently exercise power as per the drawing and related standards.They shall be responsible for the product quality only,without being interfered by other things.

2.Formulation of plan

According to the process technological requirements made by user,we shall organize related experts and design personnel to design plan on the entire device’s overall structure,plane layout,and the structure of large-size components.They shall also make sure the adopted plan will meet the user’s requirements through the best structure and cutting-edge technology at home and abroad.

After the product plan has been worked out,we shall organize experts,design personnel and related technical personnel of user to review the product’s overall structure,technological process,and related technical parameters.Construction design shall be carried out after the design plan has been finalized.After the construction design is completed,the chief engineer and the project’s general superintendent shall check and examine the entire drawing.And then the process engineer and the standardization engineer shall examine the assembly of all the parts,the welding of individual part,machining and the operative norms,which are aimed at facilitating the necessary modifications on the structure by the design personnel.

3.Inspection of manufacturing:All the products’bought-in components are imported products or joint venture products in China and high quality well-known goods in China.Our company shall appoint manufacturer for making delivery and the inspection personnel shall carry out inspection in a comprehensive way.

Because large electric furnace is generally nonstandard device,strict inspection control shall be conducted on each production process.General process is ordinary rivet welding and machining process which shall carry out all-process arrangement through process program.Besides,all the individual components shall be inspected.This is aimed at controlling the rivet welding and machining quality of each part.Specific technical route shall be arranged on special process,and special equipment and clamping apparatus shall be used.Post responsibility-based operation shall be carried out in order to enhance inspection and supervision.

Our company shall,as per the equipment operation management method,carry out inspection on the equipment on a regular basis,which is directed at ensuring the equipment’s machining precision and meeting the requirements of production and use.

Our Quality Inspection Department shall be responsible for the quality inspection of the production process in an all-round way,including incoming inspection,rivet welding and processing quality inspection during production,assembly quality inspection of the assembled parts,and stipulated test on products based on product instruction and related process document.

4.Acceptance check of product

Our acceptance check on products include three steps:ex-factory acceptance,unpacking inspection after the goods are shipped to the buyer,and final acceptance.

Ex-factory acceptance shall be conducted at the seller’s site.The buyer shall,before the goods are shipped out of factory,send personnel to carry out inspection and acceptance check on all the finished devices along with the seller’s inspection personnel.The main items of inspection include the inspection of the component assembly dimensions,inspection of the manufacturing quality of all the components,inspection of the auxiliary parts and components of electric furnace,inspection of the water cooling system,inspection of the hydraulic system,inspection of the power-on test of electrical part,inspection of the completeness of technical documents,

inspection of the factory certificate and packing list,inspection of the packing quality,etc.The inspection result shall be recorded in a table which shall be signed by the inspection personnel of both parties.The commodity inspection department shall issue a certificate which shall serve as basis for the installation and test of the following equipment.

After all the products have been shipped to the user,both the buyer and seller shall inspect the quantity of the whole case according to the packing list,open the case for a check,inspect the quantity of the products in the case and find out if there are lost and damaged products during shipping.

The final acceptance is an all-round acceptance check on product quality and performance.After the equipment has been installed,running test of the cold furnace and hot furnace shall be conducted.Test and experiment on the performance index of various electric heating equipment shall be conducted according to the test method.After all the test items are qualified,proceed to the final acceptance.Both parties shall sign the inspection report for the equipment,and the equipment shall pass all the inspections.

5.After-sales service:Providing users with excellent products and allowing users to be rewarded from production as early as possible have been the commitment and the working principle of our company.We have been thinking of the users and serving the users all the time and enabling our products to satisfy the users.Our presale service includes before signing contract,introducing the present development and the employment of advanced technology for the product,solving all the questions as raised by user,discussing the initial plan with the user,studying the arrangement of the product’s technological process in the workshop and objectively introducing all the conditions of our company to user,and carrying out necessary technical communication.After-sales service mainly includes installing equipment for user and carrying out cold and heat debugging.We also offer free technical training for users and provide them with list on quick-wear parts during the operation of equipment and related manufacturers.At the same time,we will often visit our users and record related technical parameters during product operation and offer feedback on the quality of the product as used by user.In case of quality issue during the application of a product which cannot be solved by the user,our company shall give a detailed answer during the communication at that time.At the same time,we shall arrive at the user’s site within 48 hours and shall work out a solution with the user to remove the fault.
