Argon oxygen decarburization(AOD):professional smelting of stainless steel,relatively low cost,but not universal;Argon oxygen mixed blowing,no vacuum pumping,the vacuum chamber caused by argon bubble improves the decarburization efficiency,no heating equipment;Vacuum oxygen decarburization(VOD):the capital construction cost and production cost are relatively high.Vacuum pumping is required,and the ladle should have a free height to prevent the molten steel splashing and burning the equipment during oxygen blowing.There is no heating equipment,and the smelting time cannot be too long.In addition,smelting under closed conditions can not grasp the specific situation,so experience summary is relatively important.
